Cooking with Wine Class: Thanksgiving Recipes at LaBelle Winery Derry

Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner samples as you learn fun recipes in this cooking class with Winemaker Amy LaBelle! This class by The Winemaker’s Kitchen Cooking with Wine Series is an interactive and fun cooking demonstration!

You’ll enjoy a sample of each recipe, as well as wine pairings throughout the session. Amy LaBelle and one of our talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining. You’ll also receive a recipe card for each item to take home!

This class takes place on November 16th, 2022 from 6-7pm at our Derry location.

Class Recipes:

• Greeting Cocktail ~ Cranberry Cosmo
• In-depth discussion about wet vs. dry brining turkey (paired with Cranberry wine)
• Spiced Cranberry Sauce
• Apricot Sage Stuffing (paired with Cranberry Riesling wine)
• Riesling Turkey Gravy (paired with Riesling wine)

This class is suited for couples, singles, family, and friends as well as corporate colleagues. Space is limited; register early for best availability. Advance registration is required for all cooking classes.
