Cooking With Wine Class: Mexican Recipes (at LaBelle Winery Amherst)

This class by The Winemaker’s Kitchen Cooking with Wine Series is an interactive and fun cooking demonstration! Prepare for Cinco de Mayo as you learn Mexican recipes with wine paired and/or prepared with each item. 

You’ll enjoy a sample of each recipe, as well as wine pairings throughout the session. Amy LaBelle and one of our talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining. You’ll also receive a recipe card for each item to take home!

Class Recipes:

• Triple Citrus Margaritas
• Cinco de Mayo Homemade tortilla
• Guacamole
• Queso fundido
• Baked enchiladas

Please note: only small samples of each recipe will be served at this class; no additional food will be served.

This event takes place on May 4th, 2022 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at LaBelle Winery Amherst located at 345 Route 101, Amherst, NH 03031.
