Celebrate Fourth of July by enjoying fun recipe samples paired with wine, and learn how to cook your favorite Patriotic recipes in this cooking class with Winemaker Amy LaBelle! This class is a fun cooking demonstration where wine is paired and/or prepared with each item.
You’ll enjoy a sample of each recipe, as well as wine pairings throughout the session. Amy LaBelle and one of our talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining. You’ll also receive a recipe card for each item to take home!
Class Recipes:
- Greeting Cocktail – God Bless America Cocktail
• Chickpea salad with homemade green goddess vinaigrette
• Burger Bar
- Independence Day Dessert
Please note: only small samples of each recipe will be served at this class; no additional food will be served.
This event takes place on June 23rd, 2022 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at LaBelle Winery Derry located at 14 Route 111, Derry, NH 03038.
