Cooking Techniques Class: Arancini & Ricotta Gnocchi at LaBelle Winery Amherst

This event is a fun hands-on cooking class! Amy LaBelle and one of our talented chefs will provide instruction, no previous knowledge required! You will enjoy a glass of wine upon arrival and create the recipes together in class. Upon completion, you’ll bring your creation home with you to cook and enjoy! Each attendee will also receive a recipe card for each item to take home and make again and again!
