Blues Legend Joe Louis Walker (at LaBelle Winery Derry)

One of most celebrated and respected bluesmen working today, Joe Louis Walker, a Blues Hall of Fame inductee, four-time Blues Music Award winner, and Grammy nominee performs the Grand Finale for LaBelle Winery’s Winter Performance Series!

For many years now Joe has been raining fire with his guitar and spitting brimstone with his vocals. His playing “blows all over the map…gutbucket blues, joyous gospel, Rolling Stones-style rock crunch, and aching R&B. Walker’s guitar playing is fine and fierce.” – Billboard Magazine. 

A true powerhouse guitar virtuoso, unique singer and prolific songwriter, he has toured extensively throughout his career, performed at the world’s most renowned music festivals and earned a legion of dedicated fans. JLW is a modern bluesman, at ease with mixing, matching and sometimes trampling as his heart dictates; attacking each song like the gospel vocalist he once was, while his guitar rips down the walls.

This concert takes place on April 7th at LaBelle Winery Derry in our Vineyard Ballroom. Doors open for General Admission and Cocktail Hour at 6:30pm. The performance begins at 7:30pm and includes an intermission.

• Full cash bar will be available before and during performance with wine, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

• This performance has unassigned, open seating in our Great Room. Seating is theater-style in rows facing our platform stage.

• We recommend arriving at 6:30pm with your entire party if you have a strong preference for your seating location. 

• Face masks are optional and at your discretion, in accordance with CDC guidelines. No proof of vaccination and no negative test results required.
