2021 ILLUMINATED HOLIDAY PARADE AND TREE LIGHTING

Portsmouth’s annual Holiday Parade, Tree Lighting and Food Drive is back! Saturday, December 4 (Rain date Sunday, December 5)

4:00pm – DJ begins playing Holiday Music in Market Square
5:00pm – Tree Lighting Ceremony begins in Market Square
5:30pm Tree Lighting in Market Square
6:00pm – Parade kicks off from Goodwin Park area on Islington St.
4:00-7:00pm Non-perishable Food Drop Off at Market Square parade platform.

Parade participants are welcome to register ahead of time by visiting the City’s website at cityofportsmouth.com and click on the recreation department. Spectators, please note that there will be a parking ban in downtown on parade night.
